Not happy with your purchase? You can request to return your order within 30 days of when it is received. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must mail back the unused portion. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please send an email to support@daveshealth with Return Request as the subject line. Please specify which products you wish to return and the reason for return. Also, please include the order number in your email.
After you receive an email from Dave's directing you to send back the product you wish to return, you should mail your product to: 880 E. 3900 S., Salt Lake City, UT 84107.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 days of receiving returned products.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card account again. Keep in mind that it may take 5-10 days to see funds returned to the original payment method.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
All products eligible for a refund will be refunded at the amount paid for the item at the time of purchase.
Exchanges or Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product or a product that arrived unusable for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for a reply with instructions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
