What was your first formula? What was your inspiration for it?
My first formula was the energy formula, a project for my master herbalist coursework. My inspiration was to create an energizing formula that wouldn’t deplete the adrenals.
What made you go into business for yourself?
I had a couple of people offer to go into business with me and a friend and my wife said “do it yourself.” My inspiration was to provide superior customer service and education for our customers and employees.
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
My favorite part is being a wellness advisor and see people blossom in their health and well-being. I also enjoy customers reporting that our employees have changed their lives.
What does owning Dave’s mean to you?
I feel a responsibility to our employees as well as to the community to provide a source of health and well-being not available anywhere else.
