We know that our customers look forward the semi-annual sale each spring. This year with COVID-19 things are a little different. We are still committed to bringing our customers the best deals possible during our sale. We are also committed to the safety of our customers and employees. We have decided to extend the sale dates to reduce crowds and encourage social distancing.
Our sale will run from March 19th – April 1st. We are doing our best to reach all of our customers, but we know not everyone will get this message. The busiest days of the sale will probably be March 19-21. We are also taking orders over the phone to accommodate customers who are immune-compromised or sick. Due to the high frequency of calls during the sale we will be taking orders on a first come first-served basis, so we may have to take down your number and call you back a little later during the sale. These are some of the steps we are taking to help keep our community safe:
- Extending sale dates to April 1st to reduce crowds.
- Taking phone orders during the sale.
- Cleaning & sanitizing frequently touched surfaces.
- Keeping employees home who are sick.
- No open food samples from vendors.
- Drawings will be done after sale ends, so that customers don’t have to be present to win.
As always, we will take rain checks for items that are out of stock during our sale. We appreciate your patience as we try to keep items in stock, especially items in high demand. We are doing our best but keep in mind that there are certain items that are out of stock from the manufacturer.
We look forward to continuing to bring our community outstanding supplements, beautiful crystals and we send our prayers and thoughts for all who have been affected by this pandemic.
