My favorite three are to combine Jin Shin Do Accupressure with Cranial Sacral ( subtle work on the deeper nervous system) and Sat Nam Rasayan healing to create and hold a neutral energetic space so that all the exaggerated patterns that are not harmonic to the body get released. I have 26 years of working privately with people and teaching. I also do Vedic Astrology charts and use my background in Process Oriented Psychology to help people understand their patterns and how to work with them. |
